How competitive is the admission to Msc Quantum Information Science and Technology
Hi everyone!
I really want to do the QIST from TU Delft, since I have a big interest in working in quantum repeaters and spin-photon interfaces, and I heard that Delft (specially QuTech) is very strong on it.
In the moment of application, I will have 2 summer internships, one at TU/e in photonics and another one at Max Planck's institute for Sciences of Light (MPL), a year of student assistantship at a lab at my university and a 15.8/20 GPA (for my contry, the minimum requirement is 15/20) in my bachelor's, which is called "Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering", at NOVA FCT, Portugal, which has a course in Quantum mechanics, at the Griffith level.
Do you think this profile is competent enough? Is this a "meet the requirements" admission type, or do you have to go beyond? Could you please tell me what is a good profile for good chances of admission in this programme?
Thank you very much!
