Swift 2018 zxi plus or 2019 vdi plus - is it worth to buy?

I'm considering this swift 2018 zxi plus for 5.5L, in my area all of the maruthi cars prices have been inflated , what would be the best price to buy this

Also there is one more car, swift zdi plus for 6.53L , 75k driven, they've replaced clutch plate and something around crank shaft due to oil leakage, maruthi is advising to replace timing belt and general service which costs around additional 30k

What would be the best price to buy for each of them, please suggest

Need Second hand S-Cross

Been looking for an S-Cross Car for almost a month, but the price quoted by the local broker is off the charts, I'm looking specifically for a 1.6 Diesel engine if not then 1.3 diesel engine, single owner, zeta or alpha version, manual drive, around 1 lakh on odo would be fine, budget is around 6L, 2017 or higher model

Most of the good condition cars are priced at 7.5 lakhs, the second hand market cars are too inflated

Any help would be welcome :)
