iPhone 16 Pro Max Inconsistent Volume Issue

I’ve recently moved from android to iPhone and have noticed after watching the new android IO (please android vs apple fanboys go away….) that the volume is heavily throttled all settings related to limit volume is off… tried searching for similar reports and there was around 2 years having the same issue. is there yet a fix? iPhone 16 Pro Max

Also watching this as a super example of the bug (not related to crazy iphone vs android shenanigans i have both) at 2x speed more noticable

Some said that going to repair mode that this issue isn't present.

Does anyone have the same issue old and new to verify or found a way to fix it because it's been here for that long to not be noticed and I've yet to find a solution.
