Can't restart my Asus gets stuck on bootup. Repair failed and only using a restore point worked. I can't restart or turn it off anymore it'll happen again. What's going on?

This is the third time I've had to forcefully restart but never had that 1st image before. After the restore point worked, I tried restarting, and again it got locked up. Had to do a restore point again and now I don't dare turn off my asus. Did a virus scan but never had it fail before. It's the G14 2024 model
