What if thinking is interfering with your use of mnemonics?
I remember sitting with Phil Chambers and hearing how he helped memorizers focus on a test he was about to reveal on a screen.
It was a list of words to be memorized.
"Neurons at the ready," I think he said, and the idea was to clear your mind before the list appeared.
Now, there are many strategies for making sure your mind is clear enough for using mnemonics.
But most of them are mental in one form or another.
What about physical ways of clearing the mind?
That's what John Graham and I discuss on this latest episode of the Magnetic Memory Method Podcast:

I wish I had known about the embodiment techniques John shares in this one much sooner.
It truly is tremendously useful to get into your physical body in ways that let your mind do what it does best...
... when unfettered.
What about you?
Do you have any techniques for clearing the mind so you have space for mnemonics to form without issue?
