Postpartum shedding at five months,is there a point where you stop waiting it out?

Baby is five months and shedding started around three.Everyone says it resolves on its own by a year and I am trying to be patient, but my part has widened enough that I notice it in photographs now,I am still breastfeeding so I am cautious about what I take.Did yours come back on its own, and did anything you tried actually shortened it?

Not convinced a higher CFU count on a probiotic means very much

The range on the shelf goes from about one billion up to a hundred billion and the price does not track it in any way I can see. My instinct is that this is the supplement version of a megapixel count. On the other hand if a chunk of them do not survive the trip then a bigger starting number is not meaningless either. Is there an actual answer here?

Upgrading the lighting in a 1970s house without opening the walls

Most of the fittings are original ,the switches sit in slightly wrong places and geeting an electrician in to move them was quoted as two weeks of mess and dust. The plan is to solve as much as possible at the bulb and leave the writing alone until we do the rest of the house properly in a couple of years. Ceiling roses are all standard screw fittings so that part is easy enough. How far did people actually get this way before it stopped being enough?
