Electronic I-140 disappeared from myUSCIS after payment processed
I electronically filed my I-140 on May 12 through my existing myUSCIS account. The payment was successfully processed the same day, and initially the case appeared in my dashboard showing that it was being actively reviewed.
A few days later, the case completely disappeared from my myUSCIS dashboard. I never received a receipt notice email, and when contacting USCIS through Emma/live agents, they still cannot locate any receipt number or case information.
Has anyone experienced something similar with electronic I-140 filing?
