APAP changed to CPAP, anxious

I've had my CPAP for about 6 years. I have CSA and OSA. When I first got my CPAP it was set to a pressure of 7. Then I was having apneas (about 8 per night) and it got switched to APAP mode, 6-12 pressure. The average pressure on my machine is 8.6. I fast before bedtime and sleep upright, my AHI is very mild but I'm very symptomatic.

Well I was having apneas again and finding when the pressure on my machine would kick up to 8, I would wake up gasping and hyperventilating, I was having so much anxiety.

My doctor reverted my APAP back to CPAP with a pressure of 7 and now I'm scared to go to sleep. What if it's too much or not enough? How will I know?

I feel a bit sad because on Instagram/Tiktok most gaming girl aesthetic setups are all kinda white with pink accessories and accents, like the angel wrist rest, white mouse and keyboard + keycaps, etc. I have gravastar keyboard and mouse, quntis monitor light bar, but a pink flova pc and pink desk mat, and my desk is currently kinda cluttered. I feel sad. Even my monitor covers don't match the other pinks, I feel it's all just a mismatch and cute but not what I really am looking for 😞 can someone please give me advice? what is wrong with my setup? would appreciate girl advice!
