Should I focus on crit rate or keep increasing crit DMG?

Is there any good website to download anime in end dub?

I've been using Kayoanime for past few years. It puts the episodes in Google Drive and has dual audio + multi subs. But not everything is in there and sometimes the series don't get updated for a long time.
So I'm wondering if there's an anime site that can provide me with same features as Kayo and has a bigger library. Please let me know.
