Where do I get the contracts?
So I’m new to wholesaling, haven’t made any deals yet, but the idea seems easy to gasp. I just have a hard time getting the purchase and sale agreements, like where do I get them? Are there just PDFs online can print out, and then when I have both papers signed, where do I go to cash out? Please if someone could help and answer my questions that would be great.
