Gameplay questions I can't find on the wiki or here

Rerolling

  • How does rerolling work in the mourning fields?

  • In Hades 1, you could reroll a chamber to not contain a miniboss. In 2 so far it seems to only reroll the reward. Am I unlucky or is this intended?

  • Please correct me if I'm wrong: unlike Hades 1, you can't change a room's "type" by rerolling, e.g. you will never reroll into a Charon or a "friend" room, and rerolling minor finds will result in other minor finds, and similarly for boons/max hp/magic.

"Is this too strong / weak"

  • Hades boons: The dash/scorn one seems really good, and certainly better than (say) Last Gasp, since the latter caps at 30%. In general, some Hades boons seem pointless (Soul Urn, Old Grudge) - am I overlooking some synergy?

  • When it comes to choosing a path, is there ever a reason to skip "friend" rooms in general, and Hades' in particular? There seems to be [almost] no opportunity cost.

  • Hex: The "raise enemy" one seems much better than the others. The "heal" one seems much worse.

Symbols above chambers

Please confirm / correct:

  • Skull - mini boss. Boon will be higher rarity.

  • Finger - this room will provide a resource that is needed for something marked with "forget me not". NOT necessarily a resource you're lacking, e.g. it might be the 70th silver.

  • List - this room will let you progress a prophecy? If so, does it mean a boon choice will be something you need to progress? Or is this about missing book of shadows entries?

Spoiler-ish questions

  • There are some prophecies marked with a heart, and Hypnos is asleep. Are these going to be resolved through normal play (beating runs), or do I need to figure them out (by doing some sort of meta progress: completing prophecies, forging bonds, etc).

  • Do I ever get to >!pet Cerberus?!<

Academic Survey on AI Ownership and Developer Responsibility Hi !

I am currently conducting an academic research study exploring how developers perceive ownership and responsibility when using AI-generated code compared to their own manual work. I am looking for respondents who are Software Developers.

⏱️ Estimated time: 10-13 minutes 🔗 Survey link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSesSsA_t2yJA7ybjtE71vtxpt4DsMKJh44M71hVERSIxUDwaA/viewform

All responses are completely anonymous and will be used for academic research purposes only. This study aims to better understand the core values and professional accountability of developers in the age of AI.

Your participation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
