Does anyone else feel extremely tired really fast?

Hey girlies! Climber from Brazil here! I climb mostly outdoors (bouldering).

Dealing with this frustration of getting tired way too fast as compared to other friends (especially guys) and wanted to see if anyone else has been going through this. I'll do about an hour session on my project boulder and then can't seem to get my energy up again. I'll see my friends climbing to the death until all hours, crimping painful holds, doing hard moves and sending after 30 tries, but I feel like my energy is depleted to the point that I get only a few power tries before totally checking out. I'll have the desire to climb more but when I touch the holds, they are so painful and my body seems heavy.

To be honest, I'm feeling a little unmotivated with my climbing lately. I can climb v5s in a session, I've done a few v7s and usually am projecting at that grade. Moving up seems impossible right now. It's been hard to get out of this plateau. I'm turning 31 this week and although I know I don't have the stamina of a 20-year-old, I also don't think I'm old and believe I should be able to keep up with my friends.

I do a functional training 1x week + climb indoors 1x week and then outdoors all weekend. I'm 5'1", 116 pounds, 17% body fat, I have no current injuries and try my best to eat healthy and take care of myself. I've done my yearly medical check-ups and I'm totally fine. All this to say that there's technically nothing wrong with me...

Anyone going through this as well?
