SUGAR HOMES GRONINGEN NOT REPLYING TO EMAILS????
Hey, does any one else have a similar experience with sugar homes groningen?? I got a link to pay 260 euros to secure my room and had to pay within 5 days. I made the payment on time and got an automated message that they'll contact me with the next steps... They used to reply to my emails promptly at that time. Ive made the payment 3 days ago but they didnt send me my contract yet to sign and send back so i can also pay the balance. My friends who also applied after me arent getting any reply with their payment link from sugar homes... Is it possibly because theyre busy? I'm not sure if I do guarnateed have myself a room there since i didnt get the contract to sign yet but i did make the payment to secure the room on time... They dont have any phone number which I could contact them via so its a bit stressful waiting on a reply from them. Does anyone else have a similar experience? What would you guys reccoment?
