Buy&Ship Alternatives
I’m currently using Buy&Ship to import goods from Thailand. The goods are just hair accessories so they fit in a parcel. I have been using their service for years now and never had an issue. Just recently though, I have a couple parcels that were tagged as delivered but they haven’t been scanned at the warehouse. It’s been almost a week already and I am getting worried. I need some help on the following:
Are there alternative reliable forwarders that you know of that I can use for the mean time? The forwarders should be able to accommodate small parcels and have warehouse in Thailand.
Has anyone had this experience with Buy&Ship and do they lose packages given the circumstance? I feel they should make a solid effort to find them as they will be liable for up to $100 per package based on their policy.
