caught myself in the launch, no sales, pivot, relaunch loop and it was killing me
for about eight months my pattern was launch something, get crickets for two weeks, panic, decide the idea was wrong, and start building the next thing. i did that four times. every cycle i told myself the last idea just wasnt it, when really i never gave any of them enough time or talked to enough people. the building felt productive so it hid the fact that i was basically running from the scary boring work of distribution and follow up. i finally forced myself to stick with one for ninety days no matter what and it is uncomfortable but the numbers are slowly moving. sticking with one thing long enough to actually learn from it turned out to be the real skill.
