Hello reddit. I am planning on attending a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavillion and buying a ticket for the parking garage. Does buying a ticket for the parking garage guarantee a parking spot inside even if we arrive late? I am going to arrive to the concert a little after it starts and my concern is that the garage will be full by the time I arrive.
