I'm an FY2 and I have an interview coming up for a psychiatry trust grade/FY3 role. I didn't apply for core training this year because I hadn't done a psych job when applications were due and wanted to be sure of my decision. I've since worked it and loved it so I'll be applying for next year, but this job in the interim would be ideal. Anyone who's done similar interviews or even been on the panel, any tips? What sort of things are likely to be asked? Are there often clinical questions? TIA for any advice, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.
