Hi just loooking for reassurance as I’m 6 days post my Monofer infusion I had 600mg as ferritin was29 and have heavy periods my main symptom is anxiety, brain fog, hair loss. It my anxiety is still sooooo bad. Like I feel it’s getting worse not better. I paid private in uk to get this done and now wondering if it’s failed or if it will still take time

Anyone else use it to help their anxiety symptoms and when did they subside ? Thanks
