Anyone who interviewed yesterday or today NJ know when to expect to hear back about R2? Has anyone heard

For medium/smaller Bain offices, is it common to have multiple final-round interview days or usually just one?
Some people have already been invited to an in-person final this Friday, but R1 interviews run through today. Since there’s no second application deadline for later FT applicants this year, could they be giving clear passes spots on the first final-round day, then waiting until the full R1 slate is done to decide who gets invited to a later final-round date? Just wondering how they’d realistically interview that many people in person in one day.

If I interviewed yesterday in the afternoon for r1, and someone heard back with an email for a final round invite this morning (same office, interviewed 2 hours before me if that matters) am I rejected? Or could I hold out hope that some final decisions could be made after today’s slate? Just really confused how this works.
