Question on firing process
I have a question regarding off-duty conduct and gross misconduct. Does anyone know how Lockheed typically handles a situation involving a physical altercation or an act of self-defense while off the clock? Have you ever seen someone get terminated for something like that, or does the company have a strict zero-tolerance policy regardless of the context?
Also, if an investigation or termination does happen for off-duty misconduct, what is the typical timeline? Does the process usually take months to wrap up, or do they move pretty quickly?
Appreciate any insight or experiences anyone can share. Thanks!
