I have some questions!
I recently got my account opened in psx via Ktrade. Btw they dragged it for more than 1.5 month, numerous calls and emails but they finally opened it when i filed a complaint through psx.
im a bit confused bcz i simultaneously have got accounts in ktrade,cdc,nccpl all of a sudden and im getting emails from all 3. Do i just ignore the cdc and nccpl and forget about them? Im new to this so sorry if i sound really ignorant. I thought this was going to be easy the same way binance and tradingview was for crypto.
When i was opening account in Ktrade, they told me to deposit 5k which was not a fee but would be deposited in my account but right now i find no credit inside my account and they are sending me emails to transfer money to my ktrade account to finalize the acount process. what should i do?
they have told me to complete biometric via bioverify nccpl app but i have already completed my biometric through cdc. should i do it again through bioverify app? However the app is also giving me an error saying the "CNIC YOU HAVE PROVIDED IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SERVICE"
