K-1 visa timeline question for anyone going through Tegucigalpa, Honduras recently.

Timeline:
I-129F filed: July 27, 2025
USCIS approval (NOA2): February 12, 2026
USCIS sent case to NVC: March 18, 2026
NVC case number received (TGG2026597026): April 20, 2026
DS-160 submitted: Late April 2026

NVC told me they sent the case to the embassy in Tegucigalpa on April 20, but CEAC still either says no status found or doesn’t show “Ready” yet. I’ve already emailed the embassy and they basically said they don’t have information yet.
Has anyone from Honduras recently had a similar timeline? Once your case hit “Ready,” how long did it take before you could actually schedule the interview?
