This is my first Reddit post, so please bear with me. I’m in England and split with my ex over a year ago. I raised her two daughters for ten years and had a son with her. Since the split, she’s had several new boyfriends and become very toxic towards her two daughters, bordering on emotional abuse. The girls have since stopped going to school and message me on occasions to vent. I’ve spoken to her about this, but she stops contact for weeks, even months, saying I have no legal right to get involved in their wellbeing. But I’m getting worried now, but the last thing I want is to be the reason these girls end up in the system. What are my options to help them? Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
