I'm looking for 1 or 2 subleasers this summer from June 15 to mid September for one room. Our address is 6689 El Colegio Rd, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The place comes with access to a pool and gym. Rent is about $1600 a month, or $800 per person if you're subleasing as a double, but I'm down to negotiate down and split the price.
