This is my first time doing this with the turnaround workers and I'm not sure how much to charge. They would be weekly lease I could only assume. The house was 100% gutted and replaced all electric, plumbing, drywall floors ceiling insulation etc. it's nice and I made sure to do it nice to be able to attract quality people and get the most outve my investment. I've been told around $100/day is what to charge and that's what chatGPT said too. Just wanted to get some advice on it. It's fully furnished and all bills will be in my name and paid by me. They just come in and live as they would Airbnb or a hotel. 3 bed 1 bath. Located in lima Ohio for the husky refinery shutdown/turnaround
