Is it true that there's a new Chinese exclusive set coming out based on another Chinese god/figure or is it just people making things up?

I really love the addition of character specific voice lines. Just adds so much more to the fights. Like shogun saying to nonna "I don't need your frosty wasteland, but I'll take it anyway"

Is it safe to assume that one of the next sets will likely be Conrad from the second chapter of Marcus adventure?
