Hoping for better days in future

So I’m in abroad . I got lots of loans to pay now , studies are ok ok, gf broke up and left me . family is not ok about me as I’m asking money every month to manage my finances . It’s getting very harder day by day . Please tell me when I’ll get better days and do my gf will come back and also I’m going to finish my studies soon will I get any internship opportunities. And when the finances will get better

Tax residency certificate India

So I’m international student studying in Slovenia and I had part time job and they cut double tax . So I have application for tax refund . But they asking for Indian tax residency certificate

I stayed in India only for 152 days in India last year can I get TRC

And also how many days it takes to get the certificate after applying online

Please help me
