Is this irreversible?

QD-OLED. I was cleaning with microfiber and water and this happened.. so I got isopropyl spray cleaner and tried to clean it but doesn’t work.. is this simple oil smudge or did I do something irreversible?

YYXL/Mortefi/Suisui EM R2 challenge

Hi. Trying to complete the two enemies in R2 challenge. I got Fluer at 1hp and going to Reactor Husk.
Is this challenge realistically possible for YYXL s0r1/Mortefi s6/SuiSui s0r0? I don’t know how to Qs, so if I do Qs, will that clear?
I think I’ve followed 123 rot pretty well 6sec 50% atk buff. And 1f1a.
