Question about checkride failures
How are checkride failures weighed in the hiring process?
Say you have 2 people applying for say a regional job. If applicant #1 has say no failures, 1500tt and maybe like 20 multi (just bare minimum hours), and applicant #2 has say 3 failures, 2500tt and higher quality hours like maybe a good chunk of multi or actual ifr, how would those 2 be viewed against each other? Is there ever a point where it’s “__ checkride failures you are unhireable.”
