Does too much fibre actually affect estrogen?

I keep seeing posts about increased fibre intake effecting the body’s ability to produce estrogen and therefore prevent ovulation; does anyone know how true this is?

I can’t find reliable sources online, and as a fresh fruit everyday kind of girl I’m worried I could be harming my progress?

This might be a silly question, but I’ve just completed my first cycle and I’m already worrying about the second.

I’ve continued doing everything the same (potentially more calorie wise actually as there’s been a lot of celebrations this month)

What’s the probability of the second one showing up late? I’m just trying to make my expectations a bit more realistic so I stress about it less. I would love to hear experiences from others. Thank you 🫶
