I am still in my probation period and to make a long story short I have gotten like 4 to 6hrs of sleep since Tuesday and tonight is double truck I worked last night and I am thinking about calling in tonight so I can sleep
I am new and was told by HR (the guy that did my orientation) my 1st day is Friday and Saturday I just woke up to a text from him saying i was supposed to start today and Friday but before I left my last day of orientation I asked 2 times and he said yes I start Friday and Saturday but I just pulled up the schedule and they have me down for tonight and tommrow so I called in about 10mins ago and the shift manager told me its okay they give a bit of leeway for new hires and I told him I was not schedule to work but got a text from HR saying I am scheduled to work tonight and he asked who told me that and I dropped the name and he said yeah that person does not communicate well so I am to come in tonight
