Hi everyone i have been shortlisted as an SDE-1 L4 FTC @ Amazon, while this is a good news for me and i will be joining next week i was also seeing a lot of openings for FTE roles as well, so shall i apply to these roles before my joining or shall i wait? i genuinely want to have more experience from amazon current experience is 2(1.6 if you exclude internship) and contract length is 1 year. I do genuinely want to save as much as i can before 30 + become a solutions architect by that time at one of the MAANG companies, please any suggestions would be helpful.(FYI coming from a tier-3 college)
