What are your recommendations for in-ear earbuds for work use?

For context, I’m a welder, so my earbuds go through a lot of daily wear and tear. The main features I’m looking for are durability, solid battery life, and a sleek in-ear design.

I’d prefer something low profile and actually in-ear. Nothing bulky and nothing that wraps around the ear. I want them to sit comfortably and flush under my welding cap and hood.

Also, no airpods. I’ve gone through three pairs over the last few years. Once the battery starts to decline, they’re basically useless. They’re also not that durable.
