Need help with this issue
I have a 5-6 moths old laptop. I have a issue like laptop dies at battery 7% and also cooling fans operates fast. And laptop gets overheat and I also contacted hp care for the issue but they said laptop is clean. I did downloaded games from pirated sites and surfed random sites. So I think I have got virus. Today I was just going through settings. And found this. Is it safe ? . I want to do clean reinstall. Can anyone help??
