Why is Lumo so slow when opening the app?

I go to type and I have wait for the cat to change colors so I can hit the submit button to run my prompt. Every competitor allows you to immediately enter, type and then run.

Can’t multitask and have the prompt run in the background or it will fail.

Sometimes it won’t even run the prompt and says “this message is empty. Sorry about that” then you retype the prompt but no send button pops up to rerun the prompt!

what am I paying for then?

I wanted to share with those who will deploy in the future to send the VA your deployment orders as soon as you receive them and then to call (I know I know) and make sure they pause your payments the same month you actually deploy. This will ensure you do not come back home with a crazy debt of double dipping.

If you incurred any debt prior to your deployment, not only do you need to upload your orders to stop payments during the deployment, you also need to call the debt management section of the VA. The VA thinks you are skipping payments and will send your debt to collections. The VA will verify that you uploaded your orders and will suspend payments until you return. You can also set up monthly payments while deployed if you want.

Lastly, once you are DEMOBing, call the VA to resume your monthly compensation. They won’t automatically do it for you.
