Bulimia is ruining my life, even when I don’t restrict I still get intolerable binge urges and cave in after a few days. Can someone guide me to medication that can help reduce/weaken binge urges? I’ve never been prescribed anything but I’m so desperate at this point I will take anything. Which medications help with binge urges and food noise? And what was the process for getting it prescribed like?

I’d really appreciate any help at all. I’m really desperate it’s ruining my life.
