Could you please share any groups or communities for expats / people who have moved to Magdeburg?

If you currently live there, I’d love to know what the situation is like regarding housing, jobs, and the monthly cost of living for a single person.

Specifically, how hard is it to find an apartment for a newcomer with no prior rental history in Germany and no local job contract yet? For context, I’ll be arriving on the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte).
