Adidas exchange/return issue
Hi. So I am really frustrated with #adidas right now.
Basically, I bought a jersey online from their site. I received it, I tried it on, but it didn't fit to my liking. Kept the plastic and tag on the item. I went to their site to submit an exchange order. I sent the item back in the same plastic packaging it came in. It was delivered to their warehouse, but took forever for it to "process."
It arrived on April 10th at their warehouse, and after going back & forth with customer service for a couple of weeks, I decided to cancel the exchange and request for a refund because the warehouse was still "processing an inspection" after it was received. Mind you, their exhange possible is as follows: Once the item is received by the warehouse, it has to go through an "inspection process" which can take 3-5 business days and then 1-2 days to process & ship.
Now, today May 17th, I received an email indicating that the inspection had "discrepancies" and that they were not going to issue my refund. I replied back, asking what discrepancies were there, if there is a photo and since they weren't going to give me refund, they should then send back that item to me for what I paid for. I haven't heard back as of yet, but I did file a dispute with afterpay and sent photos of the emails I had back & forth with customer service.
