PW Lakshya Test Pass issue – current tests not showing even after buying the correct batch pls help 🙏🙏🙏
I’m in Class 12 (NEET 2027) and recently bought the Lakshya Test Pass on the PW app. (On 16th may)
The issue is that after buying it, I can only see Lakshya NEET 2026 test series inside the pass, and when I open the test planner it literally shows 2025 schedules (like full syllabus tests from March 2025 etc.), which makes it look like some old cycle.
Meanwhile, the current ongoing tests are not showing for me, including the upcoming 24 May test.
The confusing part:
- the pass validity shows till May 2027
- there was no clear mention while buying that this was some previous-year thing (if it even is)
- other Lakshya students already have the 24 May test visible, but I don’t
Before anyone says “reinstall app” , I’ve already tried:
- log out/log in
- deleting and reinstalling PW
- restarting device
- multiple calls to support
- multiple emails
I even sent screenshots + a full screen recording as proof to support.
The video literally showed:
- proof that I purchased the Lakshya Test Pass
- the validity till May 2027
- the test series visible inside my account (Lakshya NEET 2026)
- the 2025 test planner/schedule
- proof that the current tests aren’t visible
Phone support checked and explicitly told me that I purchased the correct batch and the issue is NOT from my side. They said they would escalate it and call back, but I’ve heard the whole “we’ll escalate / we’ll call back” thing multiple times now.
At the same time, email support keeps sending very generic replies like:
”Please use the currently available content. Future content will automatically appear.”
But if that was true, then why can i not see the 2 test i have missed or the upcoming test on 24th?
this back and forth has been going on since 2 days i have sent 4 emails and called support about 6 times
I seriously don’t know what to do at this point 😭😭😭 please help me 🙏🥹
