Hot throw so different from cold throw

Hello! I am a beginner and doing my test batches and I have a particular fragrance oil that has immaculate cold throw and I want to include it in my permanent collection. The fragrance is called Luna by CandleShack, I’ve gotten amazing reviews from my circle of people I test the fragrances on and I’ve made 3 full size candles that give AMAZING cold throw and look really good. I use 464 golden wax. The fragrance notes are citrus, pear, lemon, iris, jasmine, orange blossom, violet, sweet, powdery, silky musk, amber, patchouli, vetiver and vanilla. But the hot throw is not there. Since I’ve discovered this subreddit I’ve solved so many issues and maybe I have so luck on this one as well.
Thank you!

Fall or Winter scents

Hello! I m in my testing period and I am set on my first 3 permanent scents but I still don’t know what my limited edition for fall scent should be. I tried the Pumpkin Spice from Candle Shack but I don’t necessarily like it. I have a couple wax melts that smell really nice, but I don’t want them to be too christmassy. Can you recommend some nice fall scents from Candle Shack or another reputable supplier based in Europe?

Thanks a lot!

Fragrance acting weird

I m having some trouble creating my candles. I purchased a candle making kit from candle shack and actually really loved doing it so i started ordering a few more fragrance oils from them. The problem is, using all their stuff( 464 golden wax, 30cl lotti candle jars, stabilo 16 wicks) i can’t seem to nail the Buttery Croissant candle. I respected all the instructions they are providing and even tried lowering the fragrance % to 6%. It smells amazing(both hot and cold throw) but when it dries it keeps making superficial sinkholes. I fix them with a heat gun and after the first burn, the wax dries off really ugly. I really want to pursue candle making as a business and this fragrance is one of my favorites I ever smelled. I read that bakery fragrances are the worst to work with but maybe you can give me some advice? I don’t know, change the pouring temperature, different type of wax, anything.
Thank you!
