For the past weeks, I have been noticing these infrastructure railway vehicles at the railway station here in Prilep, North Macedonia. My current predictions suggest that these are parked here in preparation for the introduction of the MACOSA/Stadler Class 712 into service on the route from Skopje-Bitola

Is this some misconfiguration within comm systems between the pilots and ATC at Madras (And yes, I am referring to Chennai)?
