A short Tribute to the game and tv's show's biggest antagonist, I couldn't include every scene, but I got the gist of it. The theme of "i'm sorry" , like the soldier says is central. They are doing the best they can but its not good enough, and they feel sorry for what they are putting the population through. I thought that's the poignant interpretation of what the soldier says in the series. They are trying their best, but its not enough.
