Runs getting worse

I’ve been running for about 3 months. Last month I saw a lot of progress in my runs. Every run my HR was lower or pace faster, and my cadence was around 170. Over the past 2 weeks each run has been getting worse. Slower pace + faster HR. I took a deload week assuming it was fatigue, the 2 runs i’ve gone on since have been even worse with cadence dropping to as low as 150. Nothing has changed nutrition or training wise, and i’ve kept the same running shoes + course. What could be causing this and how do I fix it??
