At what rating I should stop giving div 4 contests on CF??

I gave round 1096(Div 3) yesterday and solved A,B,C within 35minutes without any wrong submission. Finally got rank 6200 but only got +35. I was rated 978 before so I expected an increase of 50-80 as i performed much better than my previous contests.
