Ok so I’m not diagnosed with adhd, but I’ve always had bad social and general anxiety. I tried some of my friend’s instant release Ritalin one day, idk why honestly, but it was like a fog I had my whole life was lifted, almost all my social anxiety was gone, i felt like I was finally in control of my own thoughts, like this is how I was meant to be. This is making me think that maybe my anxiety is actually a side effect of adhd. Any advice would be appreciated.
