Teddy bear doodle faces tips

I pretty often get asked by clients to do those perfect, round teddy bear doodle faces like the first picture I put. (not my groom probs to whoever did that cuz it’s amazing) but I literally struggle so bad with it. The second picture is one of my grooms I attempted it on and it’s rlly not giving the same vibe. I’ve been working at a corporate salon so no one in my salon is great at it. Any tips or tricks on how to achieve this look would be greatly appreciated.

Leaving corporate for private

I’ve been grooming at petsmart for about a year and have hit my breaking point with it. I want to do more and become a better groomer and I’m not getting that at corporate. I interviewed at a private shop, and got the job. At first I was super excited I put my two weeks at petsmart. The new salon is cage free seemed very calm and the owner was super nice. They put me in their system and I’m able to see my schedule but I have nothing booked even for my start day. It’s honestly giving me so much anxiety that maybe I made the wrong choice is this normal for starting at a new place. They seem pretty busy and said they were hiring bc they had a bunch of new clients and needed the help, but I’m worried I’m not going to make any money or get anything booked for me. Is it too soon to judge that? Idk someone reassure me I made the right choice lol. Corporate sucks so bad but I need money.
