Can someone tell me what this person might be trying to say?

This was posted on one of my Hazbin hotel edits and I have zero idea what this person is trying to say to me. It was posted in a different language so I don't think the tiktok translater particularly worked.

I would respond however I am terrified of any conflict and they posted this same question twice (exact same wording and everything) just with a different sticker

I've wanted to get into tweaning and animation for ages now but with my drawing abilities that's not really something I can do. However I've seen many fantastic animators using gacha life 2/ club bases as rigs

I mostly want to know how to kinda get started on making stuff like that. I don't think at this moment of time I can go down the commission route so mostly just suggestions on how to make one for myself
