Hi everyone,
I contacted On Location to ask when they would send my hospitality tickets for the Estadio Azteca venue package in Mexico, and they told me very vaguely that my order was canceled due to a seating restructure. Is this possible?
Talking to other people, they mentioned this might be due to the legal dispute with the stadium's private box owners, and that some of those owners have received hospitality tickets as compensation. Has anyone experienced the same thing?
I don't know how long my refund might take. I was told I'll be notified by email in the coming weeks regarding the next steps. Very bad experience with On Location.
