I just melted my original gear so I modeled another one and printed in A1 with 0.2 nozzle and now I’m going to test if it will work, 6 walls 80% infill grid

Update: After I ran a 4-hour ABS print, the gear shaft heated up in about 20 minutes and ended up expanding the gear’s hole, causing it to slip. The gear teeth are still in perfect condition, but the printer stopped printing because the gear was slipping. I’ll run another test with ABS and PETG-CF.

Pessoal estou fazendo um produto que entrará em produção grande ( pra mim ) cerca de 20 abjures com led e o projeto que fiz é para encaixar essa lâmpada de led bambu 001 porém é estupidamente cara, cerca de 50 reais cada uma, alguém sabe alguma alternativa pra eu por no lugar desse led? Precisa ser redondo com 80mm de diâmetro
