Property managers and real estate operators. What does your actually day looks like behind the scenes?
I have been looking and researching into the real estate development, property management for a while now, trying to genuinely understand how does the operation looks like from the inside. Not the glamorous side, but the real day to day grind. I am just trying understand the industry properly before I form any opinions about it.
For those of you managing properties or running real estate operations:
What does a typical day actually look like for you? What are you spending most of your time on? And is it what you expected when you got into this?
Would love to hear from people actually in the trenches. Not just theory.
